CELLULOSE BALE LIFT
The machine allows to transport the cellulose bales, there where we don't have enough space to install conveyor belts.
The machine will load a single bale into the Pulper.
The cycle may occur automatically, by means of a single command button or manually by means of step push-buttons.
The machine has a bale laying platform, which is built in order to facilitate the extraction of the wires around the bale.
Underneath the platform thee is a pneumatic piston which tuns over the platform, and consequently unloads the bale into the pulper, once the platform is in high position; the whole structure composed of the platform and the piston is fixed on a trailer, which moves along two guides with "ascending and descndign" movements meant for the transport of the bale from the operator working area to the pulper unloading one.
