CARDBOARD CORE CUTTING
MACHINE
Cardboard cores cutting machine can be automatic or semi-automatic.
Suitable for cores havng from 76mm to 450mm diam. with no need to modify the machine.
The machine is composed of two rolls powered by a single motor having 0.37Kw and rotating in the same direction, on which we lay the core.
A pneumatic piston activates two neutral rolls which press the core against the rotating ones and centers the core in respect of the machine axe.
The cutting serrated blade is powered by a 2,2Kw motor and, in neutral position is placed on the bottom of the machine underneath the rolls.
The whole cutting device is lifted by a pneumatic piston, and can be lifted in different positions according to te sizes of the core that has to be cut.
