CELLULOSE BALEHANDLING
SYSTEM
This plants offes many production advantages and mainly transport flexibility especially between different sotries and places, compared to the handling done by means of fork lifts, increasing the operator's safety together with the quality of the product
The plant is composed of the following structures:
-Chain transport devices, wth pneumatic lifting devices in order to facilitate the wire cuutting and extraction operation which keep the bale together
-Bale turnover system meant for the extraction of the lower bale hood
-Bale shunting and loading on lift shuttle
-Lift or belt conveyor
-Shutter conveyor belts of different dimensions
-Bae collecting catenaries at Puler's service
