SHUTTER CONVEYOR BELTS

Tecnical features:

The shutter conveyor belt is an automatic or manual structure meant for the loading procedures of broke, waste paper bales or cellulose bales into the Pulper. The plant is mainly composed of a shutter conveyor belt powered by a motor and a motor reducer.
The conveyor structure has articular shaped shutters which by means of cold-pressing rocedures gain a double wave shape.
This shape is important because the shutters overlap creating a linear surface for the load transportation.

The two extremities of the shutter lean on the links and are screwed to them.
This is important because the weight is at the chain charge.

Very important matter because the screws will never be cut by the shutter weight. Electronic weighing devices by means of loading cells and weighing indicators are available upon request.
