WASTE STRING PLANTS
The plants and recycling plants can be as follows:
-Paper sorting plants especially meant for the sorting of paer material (i.e. newspaper, xerox paper, cardboard and waste paper).
-Packaging sorting plants sort and separate all primary, secondary and services sector packaging coming from the urban collection.
-Multi-material sorting plants are composed of various lines each for the different type of product to be selected:
-Used to searate plastic products from metals, sorting liquid plastic bottels and containers, PE film
(both clear and colored) aluminum foil
-Liquid container sorting plants: sorting the products by Polymer type and color: ie. Colored, clear and light blue PED, PVC containers and PHED and PELD containers.
Plants composed of:
-Conveyor belts at variable speed;
-Booth working/control stations
-Conveyor which by means of speed and vibrations level and align the material
-Motorzed storage system;
-Rotating sieve and ballistic system
-Air system sorting system, for light/heavy products and processed air vacuum system
